A LITTLE BIT ABOUT TAYLOR

Taylor aims to provide a safe space where clients can feel at ease discussing their feelings and raw emotions. Taylor views therapy from a psychodynamic perspective, helping clients uncover unconscious beliefs and develop self-awareness into symptoms and helping clients gain insight into the impact of past experiences on current emotional states behaviors. She works with clients to explore the impact of early experiences and how that has shaped one to who they are today. Taylor utilizes a strength-based approach, trauma informed care, and mindfulness techniques to help connect the body and mind. She is ready to begin working with each individual with an approach tailored to meet their needs.
