A Bit About Janice

Janice is passionate about the unique client-therapist relationship that forms during the therapeutic process. She believes that it is essential that each client has a non-judgmental, empathic, and safe environment in which to explore feelings, thoughts, and beliefs, and where insights can be gained on the internal struggles that have been barriers to self-healing and transformation.

To assist in this healing process, Janice uses an individualized approach, integrating various methods including cognitive behavioral, insight oriented, and solution focused treatments.
