A BIT ABOUT ROSLYN

Roslyn uses psychodynamic theory as a starting point in therapy, because she believes that early life experiences can have a direct effect on adult behaviors. She then incorporates art therapy, cognitive behavioral theory, solution focused theory, and mindfulness theory when she feels they will be helpful to the client. Roslyn’s use of art therapy helps develop and facilitate non-traditional and innovative ways to meet the client where they are. She integrates her understanding of art therapy and psychology in order to help client’s when they have no words, or the words are too painful.
